Cohabuild vs BuilderTrend, JobTread & Contractor Foreman
The honest version: those are good tools, and if you need deep estimating or job costing today, JobTread in particular is excellent at it. What none of them do is read your project — connect what the electrician logged on Tuesday to what the cabinet shop committed to in March. That coordination layer is the entire reason Cohabuild exists.

When we'd honestly point you elsewhere
- You need deep estimating, takeoffs, or certified payroll today — JobTread or Contractor Foreman are further along there.
- You're an enterprise GC with dedicated PMs and compliance requirements — that's Procore territory, not ours.
- You want a marketplace that sends you leads — Houzz Pro does that; we deliberately don't (no ads, no lead-selling, ever).
If your problem is coordination — trades building against stale information, owners in the dark, decisions living in text threads — that's the problem we're best in the world at.
